Where is the Ceremony & Reception?

The ceremony and reception will take place at Hawleywood, Huw’s family’s home, in the Berkshires. In the event of rain, the ceremony will be moved inside the tent, with cocktails & reception to follow.

Hawley is a rural area, so please be prepared for limited cellular reception during wedding festivities.

Where can I stay and how do I get there?

We have secured two hotel options for guests.

Hotel block accommodations should be booked no later than July 7th. September is the prime “leaf peeper” season for tourists, so keep that in mind should you choose to book after July 7th.

How will I get to and from the Venue?

Organized transportation will be provided from the below locations to get you to/from the venue.

• Hotel Downstreet

  • Meet in parking lot at 3:30 pm

  • Bus departs at 3:45pm

• Blue Vista Motor Lodge

  • Meet in parking lot at 3:45 pm

  • Bus departs at 4:00 pm

• Hawlemont School Parking Lot

  • Meet in parking lot at 4:00 pm

  • Bus departs at 4:15 pm

Please be aware that Uber and Lyft are not readily available to the venue and parking will be limited to the wedding party/vendors, so please use the organized transportation.

Is there a dress code?

Yes. A costume party calls for a costume! Keep in mind festivities will be outside and under a tent in early fall.

I did not see a meal selection on my invite, will there be food and drink?

Yes! Dinner will be served family style, so you will not need to fill out a preference on your RSVP card. Snacks and beverages will also be available when you arrive at the venue.

When do I need to RSVP by?

Please kindly respond with updated guest counts by August 2nd, 2024

What happens if I lost my invite or my ability to attend changes?

If the invite was lost, please reach out to Huw or Myself and we can resend or text the invite. If you are no longer able to attend, please reach out to Huw or myself.

Where can I buy a gift?
